A typical site visit schedule is expected to include these components:

9:00am - Noon Brief Introduction
Technical Demonstration
Noon - 1:30pm Lunch with Project Technical and Programmatic Directors
1:30pm - 4:00pm Afternoon Session (review team splits):
   Technical Session
   Provider Site Visits, Public and Private Providers
4:00pm - 5:00pm Wrap-up Discussion
6:00pm - 7:30pm Dinner: Debrief with Review Team

We typically make extensive field notes from site visits and make them available to the evaluation sponsors (which may or may not be the site itself). We also send comments to the site. In addition, we distribute (and collect) a standard set of vaccine algorithm "test cases" to evaluate the scheduler. We return extensive comments to the project as necessary.
