Methods:

  • Conduct extensive requirements study with MCC Community Health Advocates and managers.

  • Use iterative data models, and business process analysis to demonstrate effects of system change.

  • Design interactive system for advocates to enter and update client and case information, following their outreach and case management processes.

  • Meet with HMO's and funders to understand contracts, claims, report requirements and schedules, and design reports and systems outputs.

  • Establish system feedback to sites to perform quality assurance reviews and identify training and supervisory needs.
