  • Engaged IT consultants who involved MCC staff in the articulation of its new requirements and strategic goals

  • Developed a new information system and infrastructure focused on delivering quality services more efficiently and effectively.

Objectives:

  • Develop a new data system, Changing TablesTM to support current and future service delivery and program monitoring, address managed care claims and report requirements, measure and improve service delivery quality, and provide data for research on program efficacy and client satisfaction.

  • Implement organizational and technical infrastructure changes to deploy Changing TablesTM and support office automation and e-mail at MCC.
